Refund Policy — The Living Room Theatre

Refunds
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event start time. A full (100%) refund will be issued for refund requests received within this timeframe.

Refund requests
Refund requests must be made via the SupporterHub platform or by contacting The Living Room Theatre directly prior to the 24-hour cut-off.

Within 24 hours of the event
Refunds are not available for requests made less than 24 hours before the event start time, except as required by law.

Event cancellation or changes
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by The Living Room Theatre, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund or credit, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
